However, the good news is that there are several simple steps you can take today to improve your overall wellbeing for a brighter tomorrow.

The first step towards leading a healthier life is adopting a balanced diet. Consuming nutrient-rich foods like fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, whole grains and healthy fats can provide your body with the essential vitamins and minerals it needs to function optimally. Try incorporating more plant-based foods into your meals and reduce intake of processed or fast food items which are often high in unhealthy fats, sugar and sodium.

Physical activity plays an equally important role in promoting health and happiness.
